Your information.
How these information pages and help email handle information.
What this policy covers
This policy covers info.ripcityreign.org and messages sent to help@ripcityreign.org. Ian Steiner operates these information pages. Tools and linked services handle information separately; this policy does not cover their accounts, records, or sign-in.
Browsing
These information pages have no login, forms, tracking scripts, or application cookies. Cloudflare hosts the pages and processes requests, including information such as your IP address and the page you request, to deliver and protect the site.
Getting in touch
If you email help@ripcityreign.org, Ian receives your sender address, message, and any attachments to respond to your request. Cloudflare forwards help email to his Gmail inbox.
Keeping and deleting messages
Messages are kept indefinitely unless you request deletion or Ian removes them. He may remove information at any time, so keep your own copy of anything important. Deletion requests concern information he controls; Cloudflare and Gmail process service data under their own policies. This policy does not promise a provider-log or backup deletion schedule.
Questions or deletion requests
Email Ian for privacy questions, corrections, or deletion requests.
